RETURN POLICY:
Of course it is the goal of PDXI, Inc. to provide outstanding products and customer satisfaction, therefore, ASC will make every effort to satisfy your needs.
- COVID-19 Tests SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- RAPID TEST (all others besides COVID-19) SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. However, as a product and customer centric company we fully stand behind the quality of our products, and customer satisfaction is always the goal.
IF SOME CONDITION IS MET IN THE CASE FOR RETURNING PRODUCT(s) (other than COVID-19) , please see the following:
- The product must be returned in new condition in the original packaging with all the accessories.
- PDXI, Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns of any custom manufactured products or non stock items. Customer should call PDXI, Inc. before ordering merchandise that is NOT eligible for return.
- PDXI, Inc. will not accept returns after 10 days of receipt of merchandise along with a copy of the invoice. If there is any discrepancy in the order it needs to be reported within 2 business days.
- A 25% restocking fee and return postage will apply. We will not refund any shipping charges for these types of returns.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the product must be obtained from PDXI, Inc.
- Products will be returned to customer if no RMA # has been issued.
- If the order was shipped in our error or was prior defective product, PDXI, Inc. will also refund shipping charges, including free shipping return.
- The product should be returned within 15 days of receipt, along with a copy of the original invoice.
- If order is cancelled, and has not been packed, boxed, or shipped there is a 10% order cancellation fee.

IN THE EVENT A PRODUCT RETURN IS TO BE AUTHORIZED, please send the following to support@premierdiagintl.com
- Order number
- Brief reason for return authorization description, and indicate one of the following return authorization codes:
> "DEF” means the product was defective
> “PNO” means you received a product that was not ordered
> “MP” means the product is missing parts
A CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALST will follow up your email within 24 hours of receipt, and if deemed a valid return, will forward shipping instructions to you.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL as drug and alcohol products are non-refundable due to the nature of these products.
